Marine Debris Tracker is an iOS & Android App developed by Dr. Johnsen and Dr. Jenna Jambeck that started in 2011 and has been in continuous use by citizen scientists around the world since. It allows people involved in beach cleanup efforts to submit logs of their findings and aggregates this information to produce global statistics of marine debris.
