Weather Intel
Scientific weather and hazard data for any place on Earth, gathered from the agencies that measure it and explained in plain language by AI.

Weather information is plentiful but scattered across agencies, formats and jargon. Weather Intel pulls it together for any location: National Weather Service forecasts, alerts and forecast discussions, station observations, radar, river gauges, drought, wildfire and smoke, and measured air and water quality.
An AI model then reads those numbers and answers questions about them in plain language. Every briefing cites its sources, gives the age of each measurement, and says plainly what is measured and what is modelled, so people can judge how much to trust it. The interface works in 20 languages, and anyone can use it as a guest.
Weather Intel is part of the lab’s work on helping communities understand and prepare for extreme weather.
